Our factory was established in 1995, with more than 100 staff, and 16 senior technicians. We adopt the advanced ultrasonic technology, dedicated in producing the ultrasonic plastic welding machine, which includes the series from 20HZ (1400w~2200w) to 15HZ (1400w~4200w). We also design and produce the steel and plastic geogrid production line, geogcell production line and the wrap knitting steel and plastic geogrid production line etc, comprehensively raise the production speed and benefit for geogrid and geocell, and greatly reduce the cost. The geogrid and geocell made by our production line have the characteristic with small elongation rate, high tensile strength and long usage life, especially for the wrap knitting steel and plastic geogrid production line, all its performance are much better than the other ordinary geogrid. It can be used in the roadbed, and even as the mine top security net, the tensile strength of each its belt exceeds 4000N, and the welding peel strength is over 100N, meets the both anti-standard for coal mine. Its turning up replaces the traditional steel net, become the newest alternative in the world. we passed the ISO9001(2000) international management system authentication in 2003.
